Clear explanation about the products and maintenance. We were kept informed of the status of the order without having to ask. Which is very nice if you are planning with a contractor. Delivery in consultation, with a track & trace code, so not suddenly a truck with a pallet of tiles at the door. Even a call 10 minutes in advance. Neatly placed in a corner of the garage.
